RETURNS:
Items
which are faulty can be returned within 1 month and a substitute
item/ credit note or full refund will be given including shipping
costs.
You can
return any order within on week of receiving it and receive a
substitute item/ credit note or full refund provided the items have
not been worn, washed, have all original tags attached and are in
the original packaging. Please enclose your receipt with returns. We
do not refund shipping costs for returns (except faulty items as
mentioned above).

PERSONAL INFORMATION:
All customer
personal details used by Mode-Elle are kept secure and are not
passed to any third party. When details are sent using the order
form the contents of the form are encrypted using a THWARTE
secure server.
When
you purchase items from the site, the personal information you
provide is retained and can be used next time you visit the site by
entering your e-mail and a password. You can modify the information
we hold in your account file by logging onto you account and editing
the information. (credit card information will not be available when
returning to the site for security reasons).
If you
no longer wish us to retain your personal information, please send
us an e-mail and we will remove your details.
ITEMS NOT IN STOCK:
If
items are not in stock at the time of order we will contact
you by e-mail/phone and confirm if you wish to wait until the items
are received.
Most
suppliers can deliver items within a week.
DELIVERY:
Items
that are in stock will be shipped that day, in accordance with the
rate you have selected during the ordering process.

All transactions are
processed in £ Sterling and will be converted into other currencies
by the relevant credit card company. The Currency
Converter is a real time converter and should give an accurate
conversion.

TAX - VAT:
On
orders made from Non EEC countries, no VAT will be added to the cost
